A person wishing to coach in any capacity in the Pewamo- Westphalia Jr. Pirates Football Program for the 2024-2025 academic school year must first complete this application along with the Coaches Creed. The completed application and signed Coaches Creed must be presented to the Pewamo-Westphalia Jr. Pirates Football Board of Directors for their review and consideration. Approval must first be obtained from the Board of Directors before the applicant is allowed to act in any coaching capacity in the Pewamo-Westphalia Jr. Pirates Football Program. The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject or deny any applicant from being considered for coaching positions within the Pewamo-Westphalia Jr. Pirates Football Program for reasons considered to be detrimental to the program. Your signature on this application shall act as authorization for the Board of Directors to perform a background check.
