TACKLE FOOTBALL
PW Junior Football offers tackle football for students attending Pewamo-Westphalia Public Schools, Westphalia St Mary’s, and Pewamo St Joe’s in grades 6-8. 6th grade plays in the Mid Michigan Pony Football League against Lansing area community-based teams and the 7th and 8th grade play in the Mid Michigan Middle School League. Registration is held in May for the following season. Practices start early to mid-August at PW High School. 6th grade games are played on Saturdays after Labor Day through mid to late October and 7th and 8th grade will play on Wednesday evenings.

Players need to provide their own cleats.
6th grade uses a size "junior" ball, 7th and 8th grade use a size "youth" ball.
Per MHSAA rules, a physical card/medical history form must be completed prior to participating in practice or games.
